AC-2000 Outdoor Fingerprint Recognition Terminal. With a 125KHz or 13.56MHz card reader, the AC-2000 terminal also supports Bluetooth MobileCard authentication. IP65 Dust & Waterproof protection, this outdoor terminal is suitable for harsh outdoor environment. The free standing compact finger print reader is a versatile and scalable biometric terminal, allowing for the simple addition of users to a system. It can be used as part of a networked access control system or as a 3rd party access control system. The AC-2000 terminal includes a built in fake finger and live finger detection algorithm. It can be set to 1:1 or 1:N matching. The terminal communicates with the access control controller via Weigand I/O or an RS485 (OSDP) module.
The AC-2000 Terminal comes with Virdi’s patented fake finger and live finger detection program, which can detect and reject any fake prints made of any material including silicone, rubber, film, paper and gelatine etc. The Terminal comes with a standard 64 MB of memory which can be further extended up to 32MB. ViRDI AC-2000 Terminal is available from eTOP, for all Virdi Biometric Access Control Systems and Time & Attendance Solutions.
