The AC-5100, a Fingerprint Access Control Terminal for Time and Attendance. The terminal incorporates a RFID Card Reader, PIN Pad, Bluetooth Mobile Key Support and a 5 Megapixel color image capture camera for recording images of users during authentication. Up to 20,000 user records can be stored on the terminal with up to 64,000 event logs and 17,000 image logs. Communication with Access Control Software, Time and Attendance Software, Elevator Control Software, Turnstiles and other security peripherals is possible using TCP/IP, RS232, RS485, Wiegand In/Out, OSDP and Bluetooth interfaces. The terminal has a 2.8″ color TFT display for user interaction and custom screen design.
The AC-5100 Terminal uses the same patented Live & Fake Finger Detection Technology used in all Union Biometrics products to detect replicas of fingers made from materials such as silicone, rubber, film, paper or gelatin. By offering this high level of security over and above that of a simple fingerprint reader, the AC-5100 Terminal provides the ideal solution for companies looking to protect themselves against biometric spoofing.
