Simple
• Create PDF Document. The sign pro PDF software includes a PDF printer, so even if your source document is not a PDF it can easily be converted into a PDF from any application.
• Sign the PDF Document. Using a Wacom signature pad or pen display, your customer, or your clients sign just like they would on paper, but the signature is captured electronically and added to the PDF document.
• Save Your Document. Save the document for record keeping or distribution. The document is Adobe Acrobat compatible, so it can be viewed by any standard PDF viewer.
Secure
Documents signed and saved in Wacom sign pro PDF are locked and protected via cryptographic hash. Any subsequent change to the document will be detected and results in the signature being invalidated. In addition, biometric data is recorded and saved as part of the signature.

For simply securing documents with an electronic signature or Mobile Signature Application, Wacom signature pads are an excellent choice. For filling out electronic forms, drawing diagrams, or writing annotations with an electronic pen directly on the screen, then Wacom pen displays make the electronic document workflow feel like pen on paper.
System Requirements

• Wacom signature pad, pen display, or other supported Wacom device.

• PDF documents can be created, viewed, signed, saved to disk, printed and sent by e-mail.
• Each signature added to a document consists of an electronic handwritten signature collected on a Wacom tablet, and also a digital signature generated from a signing certificate. If you don’t already have a signing certificate available Wacom sign pro PDF will create one for you.
• Documents that have been signed using sign pro PDF can be viewed using PDF applications from other vendors, including Adobe. This includes the status of the signatures and certificates.
• Signatures can be inserted manually at the required position and size. Alternatively the signature area can be set automatically relative to a specified search string within the document.
• Signature areas can be pre-defined and saved to a document for signing at a later time.
• Information is stored about signature, including the name of the person, the reason for signing and the date and time. This information can be seen by clicking on the signature areas.
• Documents can also be signed with an electronic seal (eSeal). Two customizable eSeal types are available. Alternatively, a custom image can be used as eSeal.
• The application can be used to fill PDF forms, to read and add comments, as well as to add handwritten annotations and free form drawings using a suitable tablet.
• The status of the signature is always clearly displayed so that it is obvious when the document has been subsequently changed.
• The application can be started either from Windows Explorer or by using a console (terminal) command line.
