The ViRDI Ac1100 Proximity Card Reader Terminal is an Access Control Terminal that supports various smart card technologies in order to provide an application ready solution for a low risk access control environment. AC-1100 provides smart card reading for 125KHz or 13.56MHz cards, a 4in screen with a wide GUI interface, and VoIP capability. Optional features include Weigand I/O for connection of card reader terminals, and support for OSDP RS485 interface connection to other access control systems. AC-1100 also supports optional Wi-Fi networking of the reader.
AC-1100 is access control reader, which enable the access control and Time & Attendance management by utilizing the Bluetooth enabled mobile phone and the respective App: UNIS-B (for administration) and V-CARD (for mobile key users). As for connection to the network or server, it is done by means of a TCP/IP connection or a USB cable.
