Wacom’s new DTU-1031 is the ideal solution for corporate or institutional customers who require a display with compact dimensions that allows users to view or fill out documents and sign them digitally. It fulfills the requirements of many banks, insurance companies, hotels and retail stores who ask their clients to sign documents directly at the counter or point of sale (POS). With the pressure-sensitive, battery-free Wacom pen, the DTU-1031 enables a natural writing experience for the user while delivering a pressure profile during the signing process. This results in a unique biometric profile which can be used for forensic purposes.

The Wacom DTU-1031 Interactive Pen Display combines a high-resolution, 10.1″ colour display with a very small footprint, operating as a regular LCD pen display which can be easily integrated into standard IT infrastructures, e.g. at your POS. While not in use for signing, it can display slideshows or advertising videos.
