The STU-530 is the ideal signature pad for use at the POS or at a customer-facing counter, thanks to its 5″ high-resolution colour LCD screen. With an enhanced, slim design and a low-profile, flat surface, it provides a very comfortable signing experience. It can be used for marketing, and advertising in addition to capturing handwritten signatures. The pen has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity for natural signature capture, which complies with legal requirements. The pad has AES 256 bit encryption and RSA 2048 bit key exchange for secure and safe transactions. In order to determine the precise unit that was used for a certain signature, each device is given a unique hardware ID. The Wacom pen can be attached to the pad to prevent it from being misplaced.
